2.1 : I want to become leader of Families as I have gained experience in every gang and serverd as high command in every gang also i was deputy in bloods and currently in ballas. Now I want to gain a new experience by being a leader and I think Families will be the best as we all know Families gang is all time best and I will try my best to enhance the legacy of Families.
2.2 : Want to make my term the best gang term ever and for that I have many friends from top families, previous gang leaders and deputies who will help me to make my term the best, keeping it super active 24/7, also they will guide me by which chances of rule breaking will be less. 1) As I came into city I was attracted by gangs very much because of their events, ghetto clapping, robberies and turfs. I joined all gangs and learned everything about gang also have been high command in all the gangs and lead the events by my own. I always wanted to become a leader of gang and I think families would be the best as it is situated in front of ballas and near to arena. It will be easy to do ghetto clapping as many people travels from near by families hq.
2) I saw some gangs who were inactive and hardly able to do weekly tasks, and some even got disbanded because of inactivity and rule breaks. Because there are many challenges a leader has to face to run a gang and I think I am ready to face any challenge/difficulties. As i have lots of knowledge in the gang side , as being Deputy of gangs and As Being a Ex Admin and Gang and Turf Curator for a good time i think i must get a chance because i have lots of ideas who to run a gang properly , i helped lots of leader to run there gang as curator and i know how all the processes are done while being a leader.
2.2. I have very good Leadership Qualities , I am mature and Confidence with my experience because it is the most important thing if you want to be leader , I can handle every tuff situation easily through my knowledge and i will be friendly with all.
2.3. Lately, I have seen that gang HQs are empty and many gangs are inactive, and I will make sure that Families becomes the most active gang in the entire city.
2.4. I want to become the leader of Families Because i have very good connections in the city , they will help me to run my gang very smoothly they gonna help me by completing weekly task in time and i am also aiming for turf as well.

1) As I came into city I was attracted by gangs very much because of their events, ghetto clapping, robberies and turfs. I joined all gangs and learned everything about gang also have been high command in all the gangs and lead the events by my own. I always wanted to become a leader of gang as i became deputy in ballas and I think families would be the best as it is situated in front of ballas and near to arena. It will be easy to do ghetto clapping as many people travels from near by families hq.
2) I saw some gangs who were inactive and hardly able to do weekly tasks, and some even got disbanded because of inactivity and rule breaks. Because there are many challenges a leader has to face to run a gang and I think I am ready to face any challenge/difficulties. I will make sure there should be minimum rulebreaks in my gang and keep the gang active 24/7. For keeping the gang active I made many friends from top families, leaders and deputies of past gang who will come and help me and give the proper guidance. I will also keep a huge bonus system by which other people will also be attracted in my gang.
3) I want to make my term the most dangerous gang term ever. Everyone will think multiple times before coming ghetto especially leos before ghetto patrolling. I will assign one of my deputy only for ghetto clapping who will ensure that no one should pass ghetto alive. I also want to do 100% turf like in past leaders have done and get a mikachu hoodie, for this I will find the best turf team. From the starting of my journey I saw that gangs keep fighting each other and leoa have wonderful unity. So, I will try my best to unite all the gangs and do all possible events together by which gangs will win all the events.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) As I came into city I was attracted by gangs very much because of their events, ghetto clapping, robberies and turfs. I joined all gangs and learned everything about gang also have been high command in all the gangs and lead the events by my own. I always wanted to become a leader of gang as i became deputy in ballas and I think families would be the best as it is situated in front of ballas and near to arena. It will be easy to do ghetto clapping as many people travels from near by families hq.
2) I saw some gangs who were inactive and hardly able to do weekly tasks, and some even got disbanded because of inactivity and rule breaks. Because there are many challenges a leader has to face to run a gang and I think I am ready to face any challenge/difficulties. I will make sure there should be minimum rulebreaks in my gang and keep the gang active 24/7. For keeping the gang active I made many friends from top families, leaders and deputies of past gang who will come and help me and give the proper guidance. I will also keep a huge bonus system by which other people will also be attracted in my gang.
3) I want to make my term the most dangerous gang term ever. Everyone will think multiple times before coming ghetto especially leos before ghetto patrolling. I will assign one of my deputy only for ghetto clapping who will ensure that no one should pass ghetto alive. I also want to do 100% turf like in past leaders have done and get a mikachu hoodie, for this I will find the best turf team. From the starting of my journey I saw that gangs keep fighting each other and leoa have wonderful unity. So, I will try my best to unite all the gangs and do all possible events together by which gangs will win all the events.

1. I will make sure that the members in my gang should not break any rule
2. Ill make my members dangerous soo people will get scare after seeing families gang

As a leader I want to be clear of expectations and teach the members the rules and also make sure that all members are held accountable for their actions. (3.2) Maintain a positive environment by avoiding toxicity, unnecessary conflicts, and rule violations.
(3.3) Daily bonuses will be given to members based on activity, event participation, and loyalty.
(3.4) Extra rewards for members who complete successful gang events (territory, robbery, hostage RP, etc.) without rule breaks.
(3.5) HC must lead by example in all events, showing strong RolePlay, teamwork, and professionalism.
