I wish to file a complaint about my being unfairly penalized (mute for FL in RP) and lack of professionalism and assistance on the part of the admin in question while trying to open a support ticket in regard to said issue.
at 0:30 In the beginning of my POV, I was making sure to prepare my men for the upcoming department event. While talking to an officer, the event had not been started yet, and we were not engaging in role play with civilians at the time. What is more, at no point have I used FL in order to violate the rules of RP.
As shown at the end of my POV at 2:13, after that I officially moved into role play mode. and i Stopped Fl, Having detained the suspect (10-15), I tried to drag him out of the place for security purposes. As you may see, even though I was engaged in proper RP, the admin decided to mute me.
The way that this issue was handled, even after opening a ticket to explain the situation and find out what time the supposed FL violation happened, is completely unacceptable. The answer from the admin was so condescending and unprofessional as they only said: "Yeah go save your POV and post it in forum".
I would like for an you to review the entire case, as the admin that I spoke to did not watch the full video and punished me without verifying my claims.
