first of all,I know you guys don't review the cases 3.1 and 3.2. it's all about the after the second punishment
I wrote a short term of a cursing word in Turkish in the game, I admit it was my mistake I should have controlled myself, I'm really sorry for that, anyway I've contacted that guy on the phone cause his lifeinvade ad was in the left eye -- looking for a car worth of 5m-- I had a nissan silvia fully upgraded selling price was 3.5-4m when I told him he sent me an offer of 1.2m, which was breaking the rule GR 1.3 I got upset and called him "OC" mean son of the b... in Turkish but short version writing like SoftB something like that
however I reported him in terms of GR 1.3
here the admin was considering the incident, but he asked my POV which I lost unfortunately... I couldn't provide my pov so admin dismissed the case even tho the guy said said in his complaint thread " I offered a low price"
the same guy In his report admitted -- he offered me a low price which really breaks the rule G.R 1.3 and trying to scam me tbh. you can check his video and see the price he offered me. anyway I broke the rule GR 3.1 but I really didn't mean to insult his relatives or mom.. just said that short term, seriously it's not like saying F... your .. M just like Oh F you or screw you but yeah the Turkish admin Tony gave me max penalty each rule 7 days 14 days
unfortunately, this happened on the same day, they were talking Turkish in the GZ so I kindly warned him like stop talking the language talk in English he started insulting me he kinda provoking me tbh I really tried to warn him cause he was about to get banned I made a report he got a punishment
he also reported me for the same case the short term " OC" yeah after he insulted me I used that word I got again a 14 days ban. It was my mistake I should've stayed cool.. my mistake my question for my first 30 days ban as you see in the videos I never insult his mom or relatives or his family it's a bad word I know but it's still better than insulting his families directly like as I said about his mom or family I never typed stuff like this I will never do that one yeah that word OC is a common word unfortunately I used that one I admit..
here after this thread Mike Tank gave me an extra 30 days ban I really apologize that I tried to be a lawyer who speaks non sense to trick the case. Mike Tank reviewed my case and He saw that I was being dishonest with the word "OC" I pretended saying it as Over Cooked=OC" which was a low lawyer trick my bad yeah I'm sorry about this one...
But guys really don't get me wrong I'm not the guy who insults the players relatives I'm not kind of the guy, never typed mom or never talked about moms when I argued with someone that word OC is so common in Turkish I'm just sorry what I typed but my intention was never to insult his relatives or his mom never ever. Did I insult him directly? Yes I did but I never did insult his family or relatives by my comment! I apologize to those players first then to you guys that you have to go through this way I'm sorry
I would be happy if you guys delete the second punishment Mike Tank gave me I accept my punishment in terms of Gr 3.1 and 3.2 and I learned my lesson I won't insult anyone in any other language or lie about my case here in forums, sorry to GRANDRP Family for my behavior
As I said I accept my punishment 30 days of 2 cases but the second punishment which cost me another a 30 days ban cause I opened a thread and tried to defend my case can you please review that one lessen that a bit?
