Hello, dear admin I was permanently banned for "Refusing PC Check" by administrator Floki_Vilgeroarson on the request of administrator Frost Vukovic. However, this ban is completely wrong and unjust because no PC check actually took place, and I never refused anything.
Administrator Frost Vukovic did not teleport me, did not ask me to join Discord for a check, and did not conduct any investigation. I was simply banned directly while playing, without being given any chance to undergo a PC check.
I am an honest player and I have never used cheats in my life. I am fully ready to undergo a complete PC check right now or at any time required to prove that my PC is 100% clean.
Even if there was a suspicion regarding unencrypted game files/redux, as per the official project rules stated by Senior Management (Jonny), that punishment is supposed to be a 60-day ban only, not a permanent ban. I have attached references of other players whose permanent bans for files were successfully changed to 60 days. But in my case, I wasn't even checked.
I kindly request the Higher Ups to review Frost Vukovic's POV of this situation. You will clearly see that no PC check was offered to me. Please lift this unjust permanent ban or reduce it as per the rules so I can continue playing on the server.
