We robbed him and put a bag and all the stuff After that we'll let him go. I was following him because I thought he'd probably do meta gaming because he was coming again and again to the same location. But then I saw, rather than doing meta gaming, He proceeded with, CL. I don't think so; it should be allowed because he is doing it again and again, going to his HQ. Bringing the guns and coming back again And then repeating the CL situation Again and again

there was no rp started, how is someone supposed to know when something is going to happen if you don’t start rp. I would punish if person was downed and then performed cl or ran away from situation then combat logged. This is not the case here.​
