Agenda of the Party
The following agendas for Government during my Term in Office.
As a Governor my main goal is to fully active the organization and maintain positive environment with zero toxic culture, to achieve this I will conduct regular meetings with the state organizations and maintain a good relationship which ultimately resolves citizens ongoing issues as earliest as possible.
2. Accountability
The Government should be accountable for any mismanagement or corruptions is taking place within the state. Our main objective is to create a transparent system where every legal matters should be taken care properly and the citizens should be informed about their rights
3. Establishing Anti-Corruption Commission
We are establishing anti-corruption system, where our motive is to identify the corrupted employees within the state organizations for smooth and transparent system, if any of the corrupted employees will be found they are strictly punished through this system.
Party Promises For Law Reforms And Changes
We will introduce structured and practical legal reforms to strengthen justice and fairness across the state.
1. Labour Code and Employee WelfareWe will introduce structured and practical legal reforms to strengthen justice and fairness across the state.
For the advantage of state civil servents , the labor code and employee well-being are being altered . This ensures that they will receive fair compensation for their work and that better means of punishment will be established for any violations of the labor code.
2. Civil Code and Procedural Code Reform
Also, we will be aware of the bill of rights, which is an important part of how state organizations communicate with the state's citizens, and we will reform the civil and procedural code to make the arrest and detention process easier for law enforcement officers with a proper and clear understanding of the legal procedure.
3. Criminal Code and Legal Accountability
Updating the criminal code and modifying the outdated penal codes to make it easier to uphold the law and provide authorities with clarity. It is insane that a citizen is frequently given the same penalty for two minor felonies as a citizen who has committed one extremely major violent offense.
4. Government Charter Reform
With many different departments and divisions, the state government is the most complex state organization. the government should have a well maintained internal charter like other state oraganization to smoothly oraganize day to day activities , and this, along with the New State Code, will greatly enhance the way the city's government operates.

SASA was created by Brave Ahmad on 28 May 2026 With One Goal in mind brining proper leadership and the stability which San Andreas offers In the past Back To The City, Too Many People Enters Politics only for power and personal gain or reputation but leadership is not only that, it is more Than Titles and Speeches. A Government Should be Present for its citizens and must be capable of making decision when the city needs it the most After Spending Years in San Andreas And seeing how departments operate one thing is clear to us when Leadership become weak, the people suffer first, Citizens Lose their trust in the government and departments slowly stop working together A City Can not operate without proper Communication Accountability and discipline inside its government SASA Believes that respect is earned through actions not promises We are not here to make Unrealistic statements just to gain votes We are here to build a government that stays active works professionally and stands with people of San Andreas During Both Good And Difficult times

Government Positions Should be earned through activity Discipline and responsibility not friendships or old Links. Employees who perform their duties properly will be respected but Employees supporting or Performing Negligence and Unprofessionalism Will not be Ignored And Strict Action Will Be taken.
3. Strong Action Against Corruption:
Corruption weakens trust inside every department . SASA Will support proper internal investigations and accountability for the abuse of power and fair Actions against the officials involved in the corruption regardless of their Rank.
4. Stability And Long term Progress :
Our Focus Is not short-term Popularity or empty promises. SASA Aims to build a stable government that remains active organized and capable of supporting the People For San Andreas in Long Term.
5. Better Coordination Between Departments :
LSPD, SAHP, NG , EMS And Government Authorities should work together instead of operating separately. SASA will Focus On Faster Coordination and leadership that resolves problems instead of creating big conflicts between departments due to Personal Ego or Hate.
Law Reforms:
• Procedure : Simplify and clarify the Procedures for all Law Enforcement Officers and State Employees to follow + update the Grounds for Release of a Suspect to include clearer reasons why they must be released and where these can be applied
• Overall Impact of the Traffic Code Change: The Reform transforms the Traffic Code from a simple list of traffic fines into a complete and professionally structured legal code. It preserves existing punishments and familiar offenses while providing officers, prosecutors, judges and citizens with clear legal standards, stronger procedural safeguards and significantly improved enforceability. Most importantly, the reform closes numerous legal loopholes that currently exist regarding traffic stops, searches, pursuits, impoundments and Collision investigations without fundamentally altering the existing enforcement philosophy or City Economy.
Changes in Labour Code: Hiring Will be based on proper checks not personal Biased Decisions Arbitrary Hiring Will be Stated As an Offence and action will be taken against officials involved in it Hiring without logs will be considered strictly prohibited, and officials involved in it will be terminated. The discipline system will follow proper steps Verbal → Strike → Suspension → Demotion → Dismissal Or Will Depend on Severity Employees Will Have Right to appeal If they Think The punishment is incorrect or extremely more then there mistake
State Code: Departments will Work together during operations without any internal blocking There will be more Strictness on Chain of command It must be followed or if not must have proper justification Inter Department Conflicts Will be Handled by DOJ / Governor Others are not allowed to interfere Promotion and Decision must be based on activity performance and logs not favourtism or old links

San Andreas people Party was created on 16 June 2026 with a view to establish justice and make the city affordable for the people. In the city it is clearly seen that the poor people didn't get proper rights and they are always neglected as a result proper justice doesn't establish in the city but SAPP was created with a view to solve this matter and ensure justice for all in equal eyes.Date of Establishment:

Ideology
San Andreas People Party believes that a state should run under proper administration and justice. Not following the lead or footstep of other governor's SAPP has decided to establish their own administrative system and will work without any outside influence. We promise to build a dream nation free from corruption, injustice and fear. SAPP will the party of people where people will get all the facilities and we together will build Government of people.Purpose
The purpose of SAPP is to develop proper judicial system, end corruption, and to establish the rights of employee. With these 3 main goals SAPP is going forward. And we believe that we will be able to achieve our goals and can do something for the people of San Andreas.Objectives and Pre-election promises
- We will introduce new labour code by which the rights of the employee and employers will establish. Currently, in the city the employees are working much but they are not getting their due wages and respect but in our term the Labour Ministry will strictly look in this matter and will order the High commands to pay due wages and bonus of employee.
- We will end corruption and will apply zero tollerence policy on corruption. And in that matter FIB and USSS will work together to end to corruption from its root. For that we promise that USSS will be more stronger than previous and we will again introduce the GIA division under USSS.
- We promise to maintain peace in the state for that our DOR department will actively organize public events and will also perform social development activities. And in maintaining peace USSS will also contribute by performing GP in the zones that are marked as Danger.
- We promise that all the state organizations will recieve their money in the first 2 days of the week if thier logs and the DOT report is clear.
- Our main objective is to establish justice in the city thats why we promise to build a stronger DOJ where law will be practiced not corruption. And we promise that every people of the state will have the same rights.

SASA was created by Brave Ahmad on 28 May 2026 With One Goal in mind brining proper leadership and the stability which San Andreas offers In the past Back To The City, Too Many People Enters Politics only for power and personal gain or reputation but leadership is not only that, it is more Than Titles and Speeches. A Government Should be Present for its citizens and must be capable of making decision when the city needs it the most After Spending Years in San Andreas And seeing how departments operate one thing is clear to us when Leadership become weak, the people suffer first, Citizens Lose their trust in the government and departments slowly stop working together A City Can not operate without proper Communication Accountability and discipline inside its government SASA Believes that respect is earned through actions not promises We are not here to make Unrealistic statements just to gain votes We are here to build a government that stays active works professionally and stands with people of San Andreas During Both Good And Difficult times

1. Fair Laws And Equal Treatment:
Citizens Should Always understand the laws of city. SASA Will Support clear regulations and Fair Punishments And Equal Treatment for everyone Without Favouritism or selective enforcement to make sure citizens trust the Government and also respect the law.
2. Professional Government Leadership:
Government Positions Should be earned through activity Discipline and responsibility not friendships or old Links. Employees who perform their duties properly will be respected but Employees supporting or Performing Negligence and Unprofessionalism Will not be Ignored And Strict Action Will Be taken.
3. Strong Action Against Corruption:
Corruption weakens trust inside every department . SASA Will support proper internal investigations and accountability for the abuse of power and fair Actions against the officials involved in the corruption regardless of their Rank.
4. Stability And Long term Progress :
Our Focus Is not short-term Popularity or empty promises. SASA Aims to build a stable government that remains active organized and capable of supporting the People For San Andreas in Long Term.
5. Better Coordination Between Departments :
LSPD, SAHP, NG , EMS And Government Authorities should work together instead of operating separately. SASA will Focus On Faster Coordination and leadership that resolves problems instead of creating big conflicts between departments due to Personal Ego or Hate.
Law Reforms:
• Procedure : Simplify and clarify the Procedures for all Law Enforcement Officers and State Employees to follow + update the Grounds for Release of a Suspect to include clearer reasons why they must be released and where these can be applied
• Overall Impact of the Traffic Code Change: The Reform transforms the Traffic Code from a simple list of traffic fines into a complete and professionally structured legal code. It preserves existing punishments and familiar offenses while providing officers, prosecutors, judges and citizens with clear legal standards, stronger procedural safeguards and significantly improved enforceability. Most importantly, the reform closes numerous legal loopholes that currently exist regarding traffic stops, searches, pursuits, impoundments and Collision investigations without fundamentally altering the existing enforcement philosophy or City Economy.
Changes in Labour Code: Hiring Will be based on proper checks not personal Biased Decisions Arbitrary Hiring Will be Stated As an Offence and action will be taken against officials involved in it Hiring without logs will be considered strictly prohibited, and officials involved in it will be terminated.
