Hey Senior Admins,
I am here with a serious concern that we have been facing for the past week.
A family named **Nemesis 3.0** and **Ozmens** is continuously supporting cheaters by providing them with guns, ammo, and money. Whenever we report them, we only get one response: "We will keep an eye on them." But what eye? They are already ruining our daily events, which is reducing our interest in participating.
I am not the only one facing this issue. You can ask any family leader in EN2 who actively participates in events. A random cheater from Nemesis 3.0 or Ozmens joins the event, gets 15–25 kills per event, and ruins the experience for everyone else.
If we talk about POV requests, they take a minimum of 2 days to be reviewed, and sometimes the player may not even get banned.
We believe in our Senior Administration, and we demand fair action against these two families. Both I and many members of the city request the removal of their unofficial status and appropriate punishment for the leaders as well.
