1) Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I've enjoyed my time in RP and made a lot of good memories, but I feel like I've reached a point where I want to help the server in a different way. I've seen how much work admins put in every day, and I'd like to be part of that. I enjoy helping people, answering questions, and making sure situations are handled fairly. I believe i can give players knowledge i gain that I've spent so much time in.

I stay calm in stressful situations and don't let emotions affect my decisions. I'm patient and I listen before making judgments. If I don't know something, I'm not afraid to ask and learn from those with more experience.

- I have been playing Grand RP for a long time and have experienced almost every side of the server. During my time here, I have been part of different organizations and learned how the organization and sever works from multiple sides and views. I feel that I have done exploring the sever and its Function now i feel to contributing to a better roleplay environment. Becoming an admin is a new challenge for me, and I believe I can be more useful to the server in this role than continuing my RolePlay journey.

i) I have been in city for a long time and have experienced almost everything in RP, I was 2xCrime Deputy for full terms of Bloods and Families, also helped in 1 term to complete 100% turf (28th season).

Answer : I want to become an Admin because I have done a lot of RP and spent a long time on Grand RP. I have experienced both legal and illegal organizations and learned a lot during my journey. Now I feel like helping people is something I enjoy more. Whenever a player needs help whether it is in game or on the forum I will always try my best to assist them according to the server rules. I also want to gain experience from the administration side and learn how things work behind the scenes. Another reason is that being an Admin is a respected position and it comes with responsibility. My main reasons for applying are helping people gaining new experience and earning respect through my work and dedication.

2. What are your strengths?

Answer : My biggest strength is that I stay calm even when people are arguing or creating pressure. I don't like taking decisions too quickly and always try to understand both sides first. I have a lot of experience in Grand RP from both State and Crime organizations so I already know how most situations work. I am also active and when I take responsibility for something I make sure it gets done properly. Another thing is that I like helping people and explaining things to them instead of getting angry or ignoring them.

Answer : One of my weaknesses is that sometimes I trust people too easily which has caused problems for me in the past. I also tend to overthink certain situations because I want to make the right decision instead of rushing into it. Sometimes I spend extra time checking details to make sure I am being fair. However I have been working on these things and I have improved a lot over time.

Answer : Yeah I am ready to leave RP life and become an Admin. I have already gained experience from both State and Crime organizations and reached high positions in both sides. I feel like I have achieved most of the things I wanted to achieve as a roleplayer.

I will be out of the city for two days. I will be available starting Sunday, 21/06/2026. Other than that, I do not see any issues affecting my activity.

I previously served as a State Curator overseeing SAHP, LSPD, and FIB. This experience has given me a strong understanding of State faction management, administration responsibilities, and maintaining roleplay standards across multiple organizations.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I have spent a lot of time in both legal and illegal organizations and learned a lot from different situations. I have been FIB HOD, FIB USM, FIB STF Unit Commander, LSPD Chief of Staff, LSPD SOP, DOC Director, Bloods Deputy, Families Deputy and Marabunta Under Deputy. I feel like I can use this experience to help players and assist the administration team. I enjoy helping people and I would like to contribute to the server in a different way.
