1. Restoring Marabunta Grande's Reputation​

Marabunta Grande has always been known as one of the most respected street gangs. My goal is to rebuild and strengthen the organization, creating a stable and active environment where members can enjoy roleplay while representing the gang at the highest level. I want to bring Marabunta back to the top and make it one of the strongest organizations on the server.

2. Dominating Gang Activities​

I already have a dedicated group of members who are ready to support my leadership. Together, we will focus on turf control, graffiti management, and maintaining a strong presence in every gang-related activity. Through teamwork and organization, Marabunta Grande will become a major force in Los Santos.

A successful organization is built on loyalty, discipline, and teamwork. My objective is to create a community where members can improve their roleplay skills, learn from each other, and enjoy a respectful environment. This approach will ensure long-term success and stability for the organization.

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization​

Roleplay quality starts with leadership. My High Command team will lead by example and ensure that every member understands server rules, fear roleplay, and realistic gang interactions. Instead of immediately punishing mistakes, we will educate and guide members to improve their roleplay abilities.

Toxicity and unnecessary conflicts damage organizations. Therefore, respect and discipline will be core values within Marabunta Grande. Every member will be treated fairly, while individuals who repeatedly create problems will be removed to maintain a healthy environment.

To improve overall server roleplay, we will organize a variety of criminal storylines and events, including robberies, turf wars, hostage situations, gang conflicts, and interactions with state organizations. These activities will provide immersive and enjoyable roleplay experiences for everyone involved.

My leadership style focuses on activity, communication, and organization. Through regular meetings, training sessions, and daily gang operations, I will ensure that Marabunta Grande remains active, competitive, and respected throughout the entire term.
