1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I wanna Become Admin and Leave RP life because i have got a good experience in every State Orgs and also a experience of 13 Rank in Gang. and as now im having a lot of experience i wanna give my knowledge to other and new players so they can grow good and also wanna help new players who are new and give punishment to rule breakers to make our city more clean the city in the way of OOC rules.

   My strengths are that i stay calm in every situation. i dont take decisions of someone else advice first of all i investigate it personally after that i take decisions and also i dont take sides of anyone. also i have good knowledge about the rules.

   my biggest weakness is that i trust people very easily.

1) Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I've enjoyed my time in RP and made a lot of good memories, but I feel like I've reached a point where I want to help the server in a different way. I've seen how much work admins put in every day, and I'd like to be part of that. I enjoy helping people, answering questions, and making sure situations are handled fairly. I believe i can give players knowledge i gain that I've spent so much time in.


2) What are your strengths?

I stay calm in stressful situations and don't let emotions affect my decisions. I'm patient and I listen before making judgments. If I don't know something, I'm not afraid to ask and learn from those with more experience.

What are your weaknesses?
I can be a bit of an overthinker at times, especially when making decisions that affect others because I want to be as fair as possible. I also tend to take on too much responsibility instead of asking for help right away, but I've been working on improving both.

I try to stay fair by hearing both sides before making a decision. Having experience in both legal and illegal RP helps me understand different situations, and I'm always open to learning and improving.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I have been playing Grand RP for a long time and have experienced almost every side of the server. During my time here, I have been part of different organizations and learned how the organization and sever works from multiple sides and views. I feel that I have done exploring the sever and its Function now i feel to contributing to a better roleplay environment. Becoming an admin is a new challenge for me, and I believe I can be more useful to the server in this role than continuing my RolePlay journey.

2. What are your strengths?
- My biggest strengths are patience, observation, and communication. I am good at understanding situations before making decisions and I always try to remain calm in pressure situations . I learn new things quickly and can easily engage to different situations. I also have strong knowledge of state organizations and server rules due to my experience on the server.

- I sometimes spend too much time analysing situations because I want to make sure I make the correct decision.

-I have experience dealing with many different types of players and situations.    I have experienced enough RP life being 2x leader of the gang side and successfully completing term and being turf champions of 28th season while being the most active organisation in city and I have also experienced legal side for a good amount of time and I got to know by the time I spent that I am good at helping others so I want to do the same if I get chance to become admin.
