2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. I spend so much so much time in SAHP Which is very valuable experience and very helpfull to gain experience in LEOS organization i get strong understanding how acctully leadership and organizational managment in SAHP. It was my first orgnization where i gained so much experience i learn the leadership skills and understood how the departments work together. overall i want to become the leader to take responsiblity and i am ready to take i want to work with new ideas and i want to give 100% of this term i want to prove in this orgnization i am not just want get reputation i want to make a good teamwork,professionalism, activity and want to set a strong example of leadership.
this organization for me this is not a position or title for me infact this is the place where i learned so much where my journy start now i want to use i have learned here to give back to the organization and make a positive impact.my goal is not just to make a active infact iwant to make a enviroment where each and every member get a proper guidance. and everyone grow equaly.

I learned a lot from these experiences.i want to become the leader of this orgnization because i think which experience and understanding i gained here can help me to take this organization to better level. i spend lot of time in this orgnization i mainly focus on new members because in my opinion they are the future leader of the orgnization. i have highly experinced and capable team who share the same vision ato make this organization even better. together we will work to makethe organization more active organized and enjoyable while maintain professionalism in high stanards.

I want to become the leader because i want to run my term in different way in others term no one prioritise the new members even i thought they are the Future of the orgnization. i belive that new member have receive the proper guidance and opportunities and support from the begnning to end and that passion and curiosity to learn and understand everything. they are more excited to explore, improve themselves, and contribute to the orgnization. i really want to seeing new members to grow and develop their skills through guidance and support.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I mainly focus the Departments. if the departments are works systemetic and active i make the proper structure.
HRT department (Human resource and training) which is directly connected with new members i insure that they will get good support and make their traning documents more understandable.
SWAT (Special Weapons And Tactics) - i want to make this department highly active. and i want to focus on teamwork,coordination and professionalism.
Public Relations (PR) hosting PR events and interaction with citizens and making more fun with public.
Highway Petrol (HWP) - In addition to patrolling the highways, we’re here to assist motorists in need, whether it’s helping with a flat tire, providing directions, or lending a hand during emergencies.
Internal Affairs (IA) - The Internal Affairs Department plays a crucial role in keeping our community safe and secure. We’re always active and on alert, dedicated to enforcing regulations, maintaining order on the HQ, and investigating any incidents.
I make the IA department in that standards are followed honestly and consistently. involving our personnel.
i want to make highway petrol more active and effective to reduce the illigal activities and criminal behavior naturally. the civillians feel safe on highways they are traval without unnecssary concern. i not only focus on inforcement i also create the well managed enviroment.
