2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
1. I wish to become Leader of Families because of my High Knowledge in Gangs, My Huge Understanding of Gangs is a significant bonus to Leadership because it allows me to become a Serious and Disciplined Leader, My Understanding also allows me to hire disciplined Interviewers. These Disciplined Interviewers will be able to identify good and Smart People that will be welcomed into the Gang. To make the gang more active, experienced and help everyone by any means necessary.
2. Another Reason I Wish To Become The Leader of Families is to Fully Improve and Help Develop The Criminal Side Of The City, I Have Seen Many Gangs Do Store Robberies Horribly Without Understanding The Rules. Which Leads to Terrible Management and Bad Reputation Of The Gang Overall, Another Example is Poor Leadership of Gangs, Too Many Times Leaders Ignore Their Members and Deputies and Do What They Think Is Right Which Leads To Massive Distrust Within The Organization.

The Last Reason I Want To Become Leader Of Families Is To Set an Example for Other Leaders, I Will Manage The Gang and I Will Look Into Everything From Complaints or Fights Within The Gang to Help Solve Them All The Way To More Serious Situations, I Will Try My Best To Make This Gang As Active and Professional were Everyone Knows Their Rules.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
1. My First Piece of Advice is to improve Quality of Store Robberies, Often Times Store Robberies are a giant Mess when Leaders are not Harsh or Themselves do not understand certain Rules. I will ensure this will never happen within Families, I will maintain a strict Disciplined Order within Families to ensure High Quality Roleplay.
2. My second Piece of Advice to improve Quality of RP is to Maintain a Strict Structure within Families, I will ensure that all Ranks are assigned via Strict Interviews focused on Rules and Understanding of Gangs, To make sure that no favoritism exists within Families, I will order 2 Deputies to review each Interview and Recruitment to make sure they were selected correctly and if their rank is Understandable and Reasonable. This will ensure a Favoritism-Free Environment within Families.
3. My Last Piece of Advice is build a Professional Turf Team that will ensure Turfs are done correctly and The Defense and Attack is fair, I will ensure that Turf Team is stable and Active Enough to achieve Objectives and Tasks without Harsh Punishments or Serious Consequences.
