2.2 I have previously served as EMS Deputy Chief and COS which tought me how to manage organisation, handle difficult situations and support employees. If i am selected as Chief i will lead the organization with professionalism, fairness and deication while ensuring a positive environment for all members.
2.3 One of my main goal is to improve activity across all time zones. I want to build a strong High Command team that can support employees solve issues quickly and ensure that calls, events and daily operations are always covered.
I also want to continue introduceing new roleplay oportunities for EMS. In previous terms we organized blood donation camps and medical events. This term iI plan to expand these activities and introduce more community based events that make EMS roleplay more engaging and realistic.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 I will organise regular roleplay events such as blood donation camps, health awareness campaigns, free medical chekup camps and educational seminars for citizens. These activities will increase interaction between EMS and the public.
3.2 I will encourage EMS employees to actively participate in city events and unscriptedsituations. High command members will supervise operations and ensure that employees follow proper RP standards while providing realistic medical assistance.
3.3 Training will be one of the priority. Every new EMS employee will recieve proper Guidence and practical training so they can confidently handle emergency situations and provide quality roleplay
3.4 I will recruit members from different timezones to ensure EMS remains active throughout the day and night. This will help us provide better service to citizen and maintain stable active in all lobbies.

2.1 I have been part of EMS for more than 8 months and during this time i have worked in EMS in many different positions. These experience helped me to understand the streamths of EMS and also the areas where improvement can be made.
