2. Why do want to be the leader of the Organization?
I have been part of EMS for around 7-8 terms and have gained a lot of experience during this time. I have served as deputy chief and COS which helped me learn how to manage employees handle responsibilities and support organization. These experience have given me the confidence to lead EMS successfully.
I want to become chief because i enjoy working in EMS and want to help the organization grow further. My goal is to maintain a professional and active environment while ensuring that employees enjoy their time in EMS and continue improving themselves.

3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the Organization.
I believe RP can be improved by organizing more medical events health awareness campaigns and community activity. These events will create more interaction between EMS and citizen while making medical roleplay more realistic.
I will also focus on training employees and encouraging them to participate in city event and emergency situations. Proper training and active participation will hep improve the overall quality of roleplay within the organization.
