Items haven’t been returned to a deputy nor the leader. And we managed to get his info IC and tried texting him he just kept changing phone numbers and name and said he has no idea what we’re talking about.

Nothing was returned to me or my deputies after several attempts to get in contact with this person IC within the 12 hour time frame given . He was taking measures to avoid us as well like Danny mentioned above .
