(1). I want to become the leader of National Guard because I enjoy working with people and helping them improve I want every soldier to feel supported respected and motivated to do their best My goal is to build a strong team where everyone works together and enjoys being part of the organization

(2). I have experience in state organizations and I know how important discipline teamwork and communication are I can stay calm during difficult situations make fair decisions and guide my team in the right direction I want to create a friendly and professional environment for every member

(3). I want to make National Guard more active and enjoyable for everyone I will introduce new ideas more trainings and more roleplay activities so soldiers always have something to do My goal is to make National Guard one of the strongest and most active organizations in the legal organizations

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

(1). I will create more daily activities for soldiers because standing at the gates all day becomes boring I will organize patrols military exercises convoy escorts and joint operations with other state organizations so everyone stays active and enjoys roleplay

(2). I will focus on recruiting active players and helping them learn everything they need to know I will also make sure every High Command member has responsibilities so the organization stays active during every shift

(3). I will host recruitment every day at different times so more players get the chance to join National Guard and become part of the organization

(4). I will organize regular training sessions to improve shooting teamwork communication and tactical skills so every soldier is prepared for any situation

(5). I will make sure we complete weekly tasks like ghetto patrols and other operations with full participation I will also organize small events and competitions to keep soldiers motivated and increase roleplay activity

(6). I will make sure every High Command member is active and doing their job If someone is inactive for a long time without a valid reason they will be replaced by a more active and deserving soldier I want leaders who set a good example for everyone

4. Specialized Departments​

I will keep four main departments in National Guard and each department will have its own job so everyone knows what they need to do

4.1 Military Police MP​

Military Police will make sure everyone follows the rules inside the base They will guard the gates check soldiers activity help with discipline and make sure the base stays safe at all times

4.2 Human Resources HR​

Human Resources will focus on recruiting new soldiers interviewing applicants and training them before they become full members They will help new players learn everything about National Guard

4.3 Air Force AF​

Air Force will be responsible for helicopters and aircraft They will provide air support during operations transport soldiers when needed and patrol the air around Fort Zancudo

4.4 Special Forces SF​

Special Forces will be the main tactical team They will respond to high risk situations defend the base during attacks help during server events and work together with other state organizations when needed
