2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) Well the first organization that i ever joined was SAHP and i will be honest it was an amazing experience for me. I learned a lot of things back then, and if i remember correctly, it was back in JayJod term and i remember that i used to looked up to him alot and back then i used to say one day i will become a sheriff just like him one day. It used to be a dream and i never thought that actually one day i would be able to apply for leadership.
B) There is one more reason why I want to be a leader because I like to assist members and guide them in case they need any help. I am sure that by sharing my experience, I can help them develop themselves and become better members of the organization.
C) One more reason why I would like to become a leader is that I would like to help increase the level of activities within the department. I would like to organize various patrols, trainings, and other events for our members.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A) i am going to try my best to make the troopers to use the radio code and memorize it, which i will increase the roleplay in the radio alot.
B) I plan to start working on developing activities and events within the department to ensure that members stay active and engaged. Members need to be provided with something to do instead of just lounging around until there is an international event, a robbery at the store, or a large call-out. I can organize a highway patrol event where the whole team goes out in a convoy and catches criminals on highways. It will be good to start organizing competitions between members or teams where prizes will be offered to winners.
