I am submitting this appeal regarding the GR 1.7 punishment issued to me. First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize and state that I understand my actions violated the server rules.
At the time of the incident, I needed to sell the house quickly and completed the sale without properly researching or evaluating its market value. I did not realize at that moment that this could negatively affect the server economy or be considered a violation under GR 1.7. I never had any intention of abusing the rules, harming the server economy, or providing unfair financial benefits to any player.
I have spent a long time on Grand RP and truly enjoy being a part of this community. I have learned from this mistake and I promise to be much more careful with all economic transactions in the future and to fully comply with the server rules.
Being able to play on the server again is very important to me. Therefore, if deemed appropriate, I am willing to accept a money wipe or any other economic penalty considered necessary. My goal is not to keep any profit or advantage, but simply to return to the server and continue playing fairly and in accordance with the rules.
I respectfully ask for my case to be reviewed one final time. I would be very grateful for another chance and I assure you that I will not repeat this mistake.
