(1 -) Right now, BLOODS is the only gang in the Ghetto that desperately lacks a firm authority and a clear vision; this is exactly why I am stepping up to revive this organization. Having operated in the criminal underworld for a very long time, I have witnessed both the triumphs of various leaders and the critical blunders they committed. I intend to use this massive pool of experience and strategic insight to reverse Bloods' unfortunate history. I have faced every imaginable hardship in the streets serving prison time, enduring punishments, and facing constant pressure yet I have never allowed incompetent individuals into my management team. I am submitting this application to completely reinvent Bloods from the ground up.
(2 -) In the past, I served in the highest ranks directly beneath the leader in the city’s most established gangs, leaving a trail of undeniable success behind me. Many individuals in my circle demanded high positions from me simply relying on our personal ties, but I never made exceptions for anyone who did not earn it. Although this uncompromising stance cost me a few friends, I never altered my principles. Up to this point, I have fully proven my worth within the ranks of Ballas, Vagos, Marabunta, and The Families. Looking at Bloods from the outside as someone who has never joined them before, the reality is clear: this gang has never managed to project its true potential and has constantly lagged behind others. My goal is to put an end to this passive era, demonstrate our true strength to everyone, and turn the Bloods name into the most feared brand in the state.
(3 -) There used to be a balanced and fierce rivalry among gangs; however, currently, a single faction is on the verge of monopolizing all power and enforcing a one-sided dominance over the Ghetto. I am stepping in to revolt against this monopoly and elevate BLOODS to a level of prestige it has never seen before. Right now, players' enthusiasm and belief in the illegal lifestyle have withered away, with everyone falling into the illusion that legal factions completely crush the gangs. The sole reason for this mindset is that my team and I have not yet taken the stage. We are here to obliterate this hopelessness in the Ghetto and revive that authentic, deep-rooted street culture under the red colors of Bloods!
(4 -) Most of the time, before FZ (Fort Zancudo) raids even kick off, plans are leaked due to the carelessness of inexperienced leaderships, allowing state departments to easily corner the gangs. Under my leadership, a leak or being caught off guard is completely out of the question. I have learned every single tactic and loophole on these streets through first-hand experience, and I will never fall into those same traps. We are coming to stand as the most organized, disciplined, and dangerous nightmare the National Guard will ever face!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
- Disciplined Recruitment & Training Process: No individual who lacks a solid grasp of server regulations will be allowed past the gang's doorstep. Members who possess basic knowledge but lack practical experience will undergo rigorous training by our High Command staff. You will not see a single Bloods member making amateur mistakes on the streets.
- Success-Driven Bonus System: Following every turf war victory and event, I will reward active and loyal gang members with satisfying financial bonuses. This approach will ensure that team motivation and the sense of belonging always remain at absolute peak levels.
- 24/7 Uninterrupted Operations: Even during my offline hours, highly reliable and experienced Deputies with proven track records will be on the field to execute gang operations and event turnouts flawlessly. The gang will never be left leaderless.
- Unlimited & Free Logistical Support: I will never force our members to drain their own budgets purchasing gear from the Black Market. The gang armory will be kept fully stocked and ready at all times with armor, ammunition, and heavy weaponry to meet our members' needs instantly.
- Establishing a Permanent Dominance: My ultimate objective is to take over Bloods a gang that has historically struggled to make an impact and leave a permanent legacy by turning it into the most active, aggressive, and dominant criminal organization in the history of the Ghetto.
