1. My primary goal is to transform the Bloods Street Gang into a benchmark for high-quality, immersive gang roleplay, rather than just an event-driven group. I will ensure that every member strictly follows the server rules while delivering realistic, engaging ghetto roleplay that enhances the experience for everyone involved. I want Bloods to be respected for its presentation, standard of roleplay, and cultural presence on the server.
2. A successful organization relies entirely on the discipline and capability of its leader. As the leader of Bloods, my top priority will be to establish a strict hierarchy, eliminate any toxicity, and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for rule violations. Through active and fair management, I will ensure the gang operates as a flawless, rule-abiding organization that minimizes the workload for the administration team.
