I would like to appeal the Combat Logging (CL) punishment issued to me.
I was at Beach Market and was leaving the area when a random player suddenly RDM'd me. Shortly afterward, several members of a gang/family approached me. They did not give any demands, warnings, or roleplay interaction before the situation escalated.
During this time, my game crashed unexpectedly. This was not intentional and was completely beyond my control. After my crash, a CL report was filed against me, and I received a punishment for Combat Logging.
My concern is that the administrator made a decision based on a POV that was less than one minute long and did not request the full POV or additional evidence before issuing the punishment. Furthermore, the same short POV was apparently used to punish multiple players involved in the situation.
A game crash is not something I can control, and it should not automatically be treated as intentional Combat Logging without sufficient evidence. I respectfully request that this case be reviewed again with the full context and complete evidence before a final decision is made.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
