At the beginning of the video it is clearly seen that we gave a demand to stop to players with IDs 8283 and 261319.

At 00:20 player ID 8283 is lying on the ground and uses an MP while downed. This should not be possible. After using the MP he keeps talking on the radio and shoots at us even though we are 4 people. This is a Fear RP violation.

At 00:24 players with IDs 261319 and 379204 shoot at us from a unscripted Green Zone. The IDs can be identified by their clothes.

At 01:05 player ID 387208 commits a Powergaming violation.

It is not good to see a gang like Marabunta making these rule violations and ruining our RP. We want all reported IDs to receive the correct punishments. We also request a warning for the Marabunta gang because of these major rule violations.

If no punishment is given we are worried that similar situations will keep happening.

Fear RP, Fail RP, Powergaming, and GZ 1.1 are rejected.

Although the driver did not comply with the demands, you gave demands to Marabunta. Once their bike crashed, their entire gang was already heading in your direction. At 0:12 of the POV, two vehicles can be seen arriving, allowing retaliation based on the demands previously given by you (Vagos).

This is also not Powergaming, as players can autonomously send and set meeting points (unlike PDAs). And looting with a gun in your hand gives zero gain for an advantage.

Lastly, the unscripted greenzone at that specific gas station is primarily centered around the fuel pumps, as it is a smaller station. The location from which the player fired is not considered a greenzone.

ID 261319 will receive a punishment for GR 6.16​
