Federal Nobita who was born in Birmingham, in there he was adopted by an father when Nobita was a infant. When he grew upto 16 his step father died by an car accident. This accident broke Nobita's heart into pieces and the evil landlord kicked him out of the house. After that he gone to a construction site and got a low wage job and did his study also the work in once barely he can sleep a night. In that city (Birmingham) he grew up in a environment where he need to be calm and disciplined. From the born he got a natural strenght which called calmeness with this trait he can remain compose in many difficult situations, with that strenght he got a weakness also which is overthinking for that sometime he messed for a wrong decision. After all that he got a scholarship at USA for an bechalor degree at the very young age. The all challenges Nobita faced in his life, from there he have gained some extra traits also like patience, responsibility, and decision making. In the end of his schooling he was interest to work in a legal organization so he could do some good activity for community.
Career Story:
Federal Nobita started his law enforcement journey with Los Santos Police Department in short LSPD where he gained the training for an officer also got promotion but didn't got much bonus in there so he left that organization. And joined San Andreas Highway Patrol where he can sell license plate and insurance with a good amount of paychecks and bonuses also started to get determined with that organization and got a high position in a short period of time. In additionally, Nobita demonstrate a hardworking background, which was appreciated by the colleagues. Nobita did all these for a desire to server community good, and he always wanted to become an example for everyone as an successful SAHP Law Enforcment Officer.

1. Nobita can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
