2. Why do you wants to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1 I have been actively participate in gangs I have gained so much of experience in gang I joined so many gangs to understand how gang actually works in gang events like gun-store robbery, store robbery like overall structure , participating in many gang activities in starting this system made me more intrested in learning like how to lead and manage the events. than i spent more time with gangs and doing gang activites attend the events which were very realstic and exciting. Initially i focused on observing and learning from my highcommands and deputies by observing and assisting them i understood how gang events and activites are properly organized and lead. recently i was the Deputy in Marabunta term i lead so many events and we win all the events most of time sucessfully.
2.2 I believe i have a great leadership quality. I did a lot of good things in the previous term that's why i want to become the leader of the ballas gang. You can also see my term that previous to previous term and they are most active in every event.i also get the ledership of famlies gang
but due to OOC issue i disbanded that term but now i am free from ooc work I will try my best to become the best leader in this city. My goal is to complete this without making mistakes and in a professional way.
2.3 This new term, I want to push creativity further. My goal is to organize more RP scenarios, interactive events, and meaningful storylines rather than focusing only on shootings. I am sure that i will be a leader who does not receive warnings. We can achieve great things with my teammates my term and stay on top in event. I will make sure to hire the correct and trust worthy HC team. And i would make sure to always give bonuses at the end of events if successful between 50k-200k max a person.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Their will be no curruption or favritism.every member will be treated fairly and given opportunities based on their activiy dedication and performance in the gang. there will be max spry profit there will be max to max bonus so more people can join our term i treat everyone equally no discrimenation.

* I want to make my gang terrorist organization.
* Invite Max to Max members in my org.
* Max spry Profit.
* There will be back to back events.
