2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 - First of all i have a lot of experience in all gang's. Almost all gang's under deputy and x3 deputy in Marabunta Grande, x1 deputy in families, x1 deputy in bloods. I will try my best to become the best leader in this city. I learned a lot of stuff during i was deputy. I lead so many gang events like FZ Raid, Store, Hostage & etc. I manage bonus system in jolly term we where spend 50M+ and if i get ballas there is also max bonus and we try to attend every event. We can achieve great things with my teammates and stay on top in every event. The membership remains strong and successful.
2.2 - I believe my experience has equipped me to lead Ballas to the very on top. Under my leadership, Ballas will be active, visible and dominant all over the city. We will be the most present gang in every event, the most feared force in the ghetto and we will maximize spray profits every hour without miss. I want to keep Ballas strong but not just that, I want to make it the most consistent and unstoppable organization. Ballas will be the measure of success by discipline, teamwork, roleplay and constant activity, showing that we are second to none in all aspects of gang life.
2.3 - I believe i have good qualities of leadership that would make me the best candidate to become the head of ballas. In jolly past marabunta term, we achieved a lot and these successes make me want to come forward as the leader. I am very sure of myself and ready to execute my duties with perfection. What I would like to see is that Ballas is run in a disciplined manner that keeps us active and at the top of our roleplay in all matters relating to gangs. Apart from running Ballas well, what i would like to see is that my teammates get support whenever they need it. Under my leadership ballas will not only stay strong but reach the top of everything's.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
With me at the helm ballas will stay active and dominating in all events including Store Robberies, Gun Store, Hostages, FZ Raids, Highways Robberies, etc. Additionally we will be actively present in the ghetto and earn maximum spray profit per hour to make sure that ballas will keep dominating. Discipline and compliance with our rules will be mandatory and any breaches of these rules will lead to kick, strikes or blacklisted from gang. Our operation on the radio will be professional and rule compliant at all times. In addition to these requirements, my goal will be the improvement of the RP in general and the reduction of toxicity in relations with other gangs by teaching my people to participate in RP without provocations and disputes and making everyone enjoy playing it. I will do to improve the RP will be to reduce the toxicity between the gangs by explaining my gang members to avoid the toxicity and play the RP without hearting anyone which will definitely improve the RP. I believe that in this way we will improve our RP things.
