Dear Admin Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to you regarding the recent POV request for the Cayo event concerning allegations of shooting in a Green Zone. Both myself and another family member were asked to provide our full POVs. Unfortunately, midway through the event, my game suffered a major crash, which corrupted my recording file.
I have spent the last several hours doing everything possible to recover the footage using various open source software tools. While I managed to successfully extract a 1:35-minute segment as a demo, full recovery requires premium software costing between $45 and $70, which is currently a financial strain I cannot accommodate. The 13 minute file is entirely frozen and unplayable due to this Nvidia GeForce crash.
Recovered POV:
Full corrupted pov:
I kindly ask you to consider the following points regarding this situation:
1. Clean Track Record: If you check my logs, I have consistently and promptly provided my POV for every single request in the past. I strictly follow the rules and always maintain recordings.
2. Event Rules: As previously established in prior forum cases where punishments were lifted, there is no active Green Zone inside this specific event area.
3. Targeted Reporting: We believe this report was made in bad faith. The reporting player filed three consecutive forum reports against us, the first two were rejected, and this third one requested the full POV. Furthermore, the player deliberately positioned themselves right on the edge of the zone to bait a reaction and force a forum report(POV of my other family member).

Our family is currently working incredibly hard to regain our unofficial status and bring back old members who had previously left the game. A punishment right now would severely derail these efforts and prevent us from applying for unofficial status for months, which would deeply impact our community's morale.
I understand how busy the team is, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to review the context of this situation. I humbly request your understanding regarding this technical error and ask for your leniency so we can continue building our family. I accept that this has happened due to a fault in my Nvidia driver, ultimately leading to a mistake from my end. I will make sure that it wont happen again. Please give me a chance. I will whole heartedly accept and respect whatever decision is taken by the administration team.
Thank you for your time, consideration, and hard work in managing the server.
Best regards,
