As can be seen in my POV, we were waiting for the submarine event. As soon as the event started, we entered the water and began swimming toward the island. There were no other players near us at that time, so it was not possible for anyone else to reach the island before us.
However, upon arriving at the island, I noticed that player ID 163982 was already present there, which suggests a violation of ER 1.3 rule regarding event-related restrictions and timing advantages.
While engaging the player, I unintentionally hit my teammate as well. This was not done on purpose and occurred during the chaos of the fight, so it should be considered an accidental team damage situation rather than intentional misconduct.
Considering the overall situation, I respectfully request that the administration team review the provided evidence and issue the appropriate punishment to the involved player
