As u can see in pov 1 ID 145579 is doing CR and VDM constantly without any reason ! In pov 2 they both were doing emotes on me and have broken the GR 6.9 rule Timestamp : 3.05 (GR 6.9) and he was passing me 31$ for no reason , ID 145579 also harresed me by doing emotes constantly and I dont even know both of them.

ID 145579 will receive a punishment for CR + VDM
(There is a time differnce betwen the first POV and the sec one, it's not considerate as same situation)
