Approved GR 6.2 + RDM | 35403 + 241412

We was just petrolling and suddenly saw ID 35403 was wearing a illegal vest and after when i cuffed him,

ID 241412 just shot at me and i was abt to get killed by him that clearly entering RDM. HOWEVER,

Both ID's did Code a in middle of the RP and that's clearly entering GR 6.2 as well.
