hello dear support team yesterday i received a permanent ban for rule gr14 when i checked the reason i saw that it says i played on server 3 with an account named enver a long time ago i was permanently banned from server 1 and i waited around 300 days but i got tired of waiting so i decided to play on server 3 during that time my steam account was stolen so i logged into server 3 using a different steam account that account was not mine it belonged to my cousin after that i contacted steam support and recovered my real steam account when i got my account back i made a forum post on server 1 and i can prove that my steam account was stolen and that i recovered it through steam support i can provide any screenshots or proof you need please understand my situation i have been part of this project for a very long time and i really want to continue playing here thank you very much for taking the time to read my message i wish you a good day
