2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I've been a part of this roleplay since more than 1.5 year's, in this time period I've gained a lot of roleplay experience and knowledge, and now i believe i am capable of taking state leadership, I've worked in multiple state government department; such as Los Santos Police Department, Federal Investigation Bureau, San Andreas Highway Patrol Police, I've been in all of these organization's and gained experience of all state events, roleplay term's, how roleplay works, how to handle situations, (e.g., negotiation, raids, criminal chase, interrogation, etc.)
Federal Investigation Bureau is one of the highest authorized department of Government which have a lot of authority & access, which we will utilize and play a major role to increase roleplay in Grand roleplay, as well as we will hire agents and high commands with good roleplay knowledge as well as train them wisely for their future roleplay life, in our term individuals will get to know more about roleplay, better radio communication with realistic wording & calls, now-a-days, state personnel's use the authorized radio like a family radio which decreases the roleplay quality, we will make strict internal rules so that the agents will be well disciplined and professional.
I as a Federal Investigation Bureau, will assure that every agent is well trained, professional, disciplined, as well as doing his work perfectly without any violations, we will assure that we have agent all around the state of San Andreas to control the crimes and have a crime free city where citizens can live a happy life without any fear!
We will have well knowledged high commands, so that they can train their department units perfectly and help them without any mistake in future.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Increasing roleplay is not a big deal that everyone has to panic during interacting with each other's here are somethings which we can do to increase roleplay in Federal Investigation Bureau:
3.1. Be confident when speaking, being confident while speaking indirectly increases the roleplay of character.
3.2. Imagine yourself in your character, while roleplay interaction (e.g. traffic stop.), during traffic stop if agent's imagine themselves interacting with another person then the roleplay quality of the scenario will be automatically increased.
3.4. Scheduling meetings with all the agent's, meeting/day or meeting/week with the agents regarding investigation issues, F.I.B. Internal department issues, access & authority issues. This will give a good boost to roleplay quality.
3.5. Hire active agents for working hours, if we have well enough active agent's who can actively investigate the crimes and handle them.
3.6. Hire individual who have high knowledge of roleplay, if we have well disciplined high commands, lower commands will automatically get disciplined by themselves. Which overall increases the roleplay quality.
3.7. Interrogation, if we have good agents who can better communication skills, then this will help increasing the roleplay quality.
