2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1​

The main reason I'm applying is because I feel ready to take the next step. I've spent a long time playing in illegal organizations and I've been Under Deputy in Marabunta Grande, Families, Bloods and Ballas. Every gang works a little differently, and because of that I've learned a lot about leadership, organization and keeping members active.

As Under Deputy I wasn't just sitting in HQ. I helped organize members, answered questions, dealt with problems, made sure people were prepared before events and helped keep the gang running when leadership wasn't around. That experience has given me a good understanding of what a leader actually has to do every day.

I also want to lead Ballas because I think the gang has a lot of potential. My goal isn't just to win events. I want Ballas to be a gang that people actually enjoy being part of.

If members enjoy logging in, feel respected and know they're rewarded for being active, they'll naturally stay longer and put more effort into helping the gang. I want promotions to be earned through activity, attitude and teamwork rather than friendships.

At the same time, I want Ballas to be active everywhere. Whether it's FZ Raids, Store Robberies, Highway Robberies, Hostage situations or spray runs, I want us to always have members ready to participate.

Another reason is simply because I enjoy leading people. I like helping newer members improve instead of expecting them to know everything immediately. Everyone starts somewhere, and if you spend a little time teaching people, they'll become valuable members later on.

I know being a leader also means making difficult decisions sometimes. Not everyone will always agree with them, but I'll always try to be fair and explain why decisions are made instead of making them without any communication.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

One thing I'd like to improve is making Ballas feel active even when there aren't any events happening. Too many gangs only come online when an event starts and then disappear afterwards.

I'd like our members to spend more time in the ghetto, recruit through RP, interact with civilians, create small roleplay situations and actually make the neighborhood feel alive.

Another thing I want to improve is communication. Before every event everyone should know their role, where they're going and what the plan is. Good communication usually wins more fights/events than simply having more members.

I'd also like to reduce unnecessary toxicity between gangs. Rivalries are part of gang RP and that's what makes it fun, but arguments outside of roleplay only make the server worse. I'd expect Ballas members to respect the rules and keep everything in character.

Finally, I want members to feel rewarded for their effort. I'll continue using bonuses, promotions and recognition to keep people motivated, but promotions won't be handed out just because someone is friends with High Command. Everyone should have an equal chance if they put in the work.

  4. Recruit loyal and active members instead of recruiting for numbers.
  5. Build a strong High Command that communicates well with the gang.
  6. Reward active members with bonuses and fair promotions.
  7. Improve roleplay by encouraging members to stay in character and create more interactions.
  8. Leave Ballas stronger and more organized than when I started.

Closing Statement​

Thank you for taking the time to read my application.

I know there will be other applicants with good experience, but I believe my time as Under Deputy in Marabunta Grande, Families, Bloods and Ballas has prepared me for this opportunity. I've learned what works, what doesn't, and what members expect from a leadership team.

I can't promise we'll win every single event, because that's never guaranteed. What I can promise is that Ballas will have an active leader who is online every day, listens to members, keeps the gang organized and always tries to improve the organization.

If I'm given the chance, I'll do everything I can to make Ballas a gang that people are proud to be part of.
