Life Story:
Kendrick Hill was born in England, he grew up committing petty crimes and getting perfect at not getting caught. He would do this to help his family survive in the harsh living condition of modern day England. He would tell his parents that he was going to work instead he was committing crimes to bring money for his family. However one night British Police raided his family home, they however found no evidence of any crime. Due to this, his mother found out the truth of where Kendrick was going and decided to kick him out. At age 19 he decided to start himself a new life and moved to Los Santos, to make more money for himself and come back to show his family how much he had succeeded.
However again Kendrick fell into committing more of these perfect crimes without being caught in Los Santos, from robbing civilians to other petty crimes. He one night had an idea to steal from Humane Labs, this got him caught by the FIB, which landed him with a choice, to comply or go to prison. A deal was given to him to join the FIB and instead of committing the crimes but to catch the criminals who commit them.
Career Story:
The deal was good for him, he was helping the department for many years, however paycheck to paycheck he wasn't feeling successful leading to him falling back to his old roots. He was respected by colleagues and by the Director for his hard work over the years showing his hard work for the better good, however this made it easier for him to fall into his old roots, of getting what he wanted without being caught. It started off with using his skills to get the information he needed from suspects, this helped him to solve more cases then anyone in the department with making arrests on even the cold cases. However this made him feel untouchable, and caused for him to start taking bribes from criminals to breaking the same criminals he put in prison, out of prison. This was all the same hunger as before to prove his worth to his family!

5. Kendrick can remove/change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines
