I would like to sincerely apologize and respectfully ask you to reconsider my ban.

I understand that I was banned because of a refund (chargeback), and I completely understand why this is considered a serious violation. However, I would like to explain the situation from my perspective as honestly as possible.

The refund request was made by my friend without my knowledge. I had no idea that he was planning to request a refund, and I only found out about it afterward. If I had known about his intentions, I would have told him not to do it because I understand that chargebacks are against the server's rules and can negatively affect the server.

I would also like to mention that the refund request was ultimately denied, meaning no money was actually refunded. Even though the request was unsuccessful, I understand why the situation was taken seriously, and I respect the staff's decision to investigate and take action.

I am not trying to avoid responsibility or make excuses. I simply want to explain that I never intended to scam the server or gain anything unfairly. I value the server and the community, and I regret that this situation happened.

To show that I genuinely want to resolve this matter, I am more than willing to pay the €25 again if necessary, even though the refund request was denied. My goal is to make things right and demonstrate that I have no intention of causing any harm to the server or breaking its rules.

I have spent a lot of time on Grand DE1, and I have truly enjoyed my experience there. Being able to return would mean a lot to me. I have learned from this situation, and I can assure you that nothing like this will ever happen again.

I respectfully ask you to give me a second chance and reconsider my ban. I sincerely regret how everything turned out, and I hope you can see that I never intended to do anything against the server or its rules.

If it is possible, I would like to ask for one more chance.

I will be able to repay the €25 on July 15, 2026, and I am fully willing to do so to resolve this situation. Until then, I understand if my ban remains in place, and I am willing to accept that as part of the consequences.

I am also completely fine with having my account reset if that is required for my appeal to be accepted. My only goal is to make things right and have the opportunity to return to the server after repaying the money.

I sincerely regret what happened and hope you will consider giving me a second chance. Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal and for considering my request.
