since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action. I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Marabunta Grande the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

2.1 I have been in the city for the past 53 years and I served this city as NG Leader and as well as SAHP leader which help me to gain leadership experience in how to run an organization efficiently, how to motivate members to ensure smooth day to day operations and maintain discipline.

2.2 When I was in gang, I saw Marabunta's discipline and dominance in the neighbourhood but it's faded with time because of a lack of strong leadership, which is why I want to become the leader of Marabunta and bring back the discipline, dominance and popularity it has in past.

2.3 If I become the leader of Marabunta, then I will create a strict guideline for the hiring process of gang members to reduce unnecessary rule breaks within the organization.

2.1 I have been in the city for the past 53 years and I served this city as NG Leader and as well as SAHP leader which help me to gain leadership experience in how to run an organization efficiently, how to motivate members to ensure smooth day to day operations and maintain discipline.

2.2 When I was in gang, I saw Marabunta's discipline and dominance in the neighbourhood but it's faded with time because of a lack of strong leadership, which is why I want to become the leader of Marabunta and bring back the discipline, dominance and popularity it has in past.

2.3 If I become the leader of Marabunta, then I will create a strict guideline for the hiring process of gang members to reduce unnecessary rule breaks within the organization.

2.4 I have seen no one value the ranking system. I have been Deputy in Marabunta under Soufiane OmertaaPenguin and Deputy in Ballas under Kai Frost, so I know how a successful gang should be managed. Those experiences taught me how to lead events, manage members, and keep the gang active. I feel ready to take the next step and lead my own term.
