Life Story: Melih was born in the dark and dangerous streets of Istanbul, where no one could enter freely.
No police officers, except for corrupt ones, were allowed in the area where Melih was born.
The region's livelihood depended entirely on drug dealing. Melih's grandfather also made his living selling drugs.
His grandfather wanted Melih to finish school and become a corrupt police officer so he could carry out his
illegal activities more easily and cheaply. Melih finished school and became a police officer,
but unlike his grandfather, he wanted to be a useful officer for his country. When his grandfather heard this,
he became very angry and threatened Melih and his family. As a result, Melih went to Los Santos to start a new life.
Career Story:Melih officially joined the SAHP as a trainee at the age of 19, but he felt very lonely there.
He was subjected to bullying; because of his low rank, others would use him to suit their own whims.
Unable to tolerate this, Melih transferred to the LSPD with the rank of Sergeant.
He served there for a long time and forged strong friendships. Later on, LSPD officials recognized his exceptional talent,
grew very fond of him, and recommended him to the FIB.Melih did not want to join the FIB because he had become truly
attached to the LSPD, but he decided it was the right move for his career; however, he found the environment unsuited to him. Despite the persistent urging of those around him to stay, Melih refused to listen to anyone and decided to leave the FIB. Subsequently, acting on the advice of acquaintances, he transferred to the NG and this is where Melih's story truly began.
Outcomes:
1) Melih can accept bribes (cash, weapons, ammo, or drugs) up to $100k to release a detainee or look the other way during corrupt dealings.
2) Melih can detain anyone, including LEOs, on a pretext and demand a bribe or weapons for their release (with valid IC reasoning)
