1. Good Team Management:
I want to build a team where everyone knows their job and team cordinatation according to the RP situuations . A strong team with good communication makes every situation more realistic and the most feared gang in the city.
2. Improve the Gang:
I have experience in Bloods gang with rank 8 and I want to use what I learned to make Vagos more active and organized. My goal is to help the RP be more improved as right now and gang reputaion in underworld while following all server rules.
3. Fair Leadership:
I want every member to feel respected and treated equally. Not to do favoritism ranks will be depended on their hard work and contribution towards the gang to make the lost sanots best vagos term till date.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1. Train Every New Member:
Every new member should learn the basic server and gang rules before joining activities so they can maintain the quality RP in my leadership. This will help avoid rule violation in the city and improve roleplay quality.
2. Stay Active as Leaders:
Leaders should join maximum events and help members instead of only giving orders to maintain the RP level. This keeps everyone motivated and helps improving RP quality from our side.
3. Reward Good Members:
Members who stay active in maximum situations/activities, follow server and rp rules, and help the gang becomes the best and most feared among others should get promotions and good bonus. This encourages everyone to do their best and stay loyal and increase the overall RP experience.
My goals are very clear those are to dominate ghetto make the best term and the most feared gang
with maximum activities appearance and winrate.
