Dear Chief Admins,

Yesterday, I was at the SUBS location when a player was committing Bio in front of approximately 10–20 people, which I believe is a violation of GR 6.4.

I submitted a forum complaint against the player. However, it was rejected by Izuku Blackx with the reason: "Provide timestamp of rule break in POV."

I had already provided two POV recordings with a combined duration of 8 minutes and 3 seconds (3:29 + 4:34). Along with the videos, I also included a detailed explanation of the incident instead of simply stating that the player violated GR 6.4.

As per the, The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:

• The complaint is not in the proper format.
• The evidence is cropped or edited (must be at least 1 minute unless the full situation is clear in less time).
• The evidence is uploaded to unsupported sources.
• More than 2 days have passed since the violation.
• The complaint contains insults, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior.
• The complaint is submitted by someone who was not involved in the situation (the POV must belong to the involved player).

None of these conditions apply to my complaint. The rejection reason given is not listed as a valid reason for refusing to review a report.

Therefore, I respectfully request that my forum complaint be reopened and reviewed based on the evidence I have already provided.

Time stamps of the rule violations must be provided on which time stamp what rule was violated etc, valid reason of rejection!
