2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 I want to be a leader of LSPD cause of a lot reasons. One of them is my passion to help our citizens. I want them to get a better/safer place to live and i want to ensure that. And with that, i will make our city safer than ever before. If our Departments will work together to make this city better, we will definitely improve our citys quality in anyway.

2.2 I want to maintain that our officers are knowing what are they doing exactly. To do that we will have some people checking their knowledge. They will receive this interview in a week. Every week there will be one for everyone.(exceptions: High Commands, LOA) And more of that, we will have to be professional in every event. And to make that possible, we will always have someone leading our organization, who will tell what they should do or not. With these, i do think that we can help our newbie officers a lot more.

2.3 I want to be a leader of LSPD for a long time. And i do think that my experience and my knowledge will be enough this time. I am also applying cause i saw lots of leaders who arent being like a leader they were being too strict about everything they do. Yes, i do agree to be strict but not everytime. Cause in that case nobody will enjoy playing on their organization and this wont affect the org in a good way. I also want to end favouritsm as always. I always hated who does that. They arent looking who is capable, has skills, etc. They are only caring to give ranks to some people cause they are their friends. I am not agreeing with it. Even if its my closest friend, they should always get what they deserve. There will be no promotions to whoever is not capable of his rank. Also, i do think that my experience as a deputy helped a lot and i want to use that experience in this city as much as i can. I want everyone to know what they are capable of, what they can receive by their hard work. Lastly i want to raise new leaders, new high commands. To do that i will give my best to all of those people.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 I will try my best to have a good relationship with every organization cause they are part of this city too and to protect and help these citizens we need to work together. Also i dont want EMS to be apart from our special missions, our high commands should always ask for their help so they will support us as much as they can.

3.2 I have a lots of plans to produce but at first, we need to handle HR&T. Every department is important in every organization but HR&T always had a different place cause if its not working how it should be, the organization will fell apart. To keep HR&T together, i have a couple of plans. One of them is having a log checking channel. With this channel, we will make sure that our units are always having a great logs according to perfect log channel. For the second one, i want HR&T to have a another channel named "HR&T rank logs check". With this channel our Senior HR&T+ will do a check list for every single officers.(High Command of HR&T will check High Commands rank logs.) And Lastly, i will have one more channel named "HR&T Responsibilites" same as SAHP. We will make sure that, every HR&T member will know what they should or shouldn't do.

3.3 For S.W.A.T, i will also have a new roles. Which will show which group they are in and what they should do in a situation. And here is those:

Thrusters: This team will be a pushing team. They will wait for their High Commands commands. If there is none, they will listen to S.W.A.T High Commands to push or not.

Watchers: This team will be a flanking team. This team wont be staying in front of the gun fight. They will support them when its needed but most importantly; this team will ambush the criminals. When Thrusters are pushing and Watchers are flanking from somewhere, they wont have any chance to run to anywhere.

Airbornes: This team will push with a heli. If there isnt any heli at that moment. This team will act as "Watchers". But this team should always make sure that there is a heli in every situation, so we will have opportunities againts criminals.

3.4 For Traffic Enforcement, Investigation Bureau, Internal Affairs and Public Relations:

Traffic Enforcement: They should always have one units towing or patrolling so we can improve our city in a good way. They should do at least one tow raid per day. Also they should do at least two checkpoints per day.

Internal Affairs: As we know, leader and deputies cannot interfere with IA, so to keep our organization more professional, we should have a great HOD's for IA. I will find person that, they will lead it perfectly so we wont have any issues.

Public Relations: I want them to do one event per day so we will have a great communication with our citizens.

Investigation Bureau: I want them to gather all the evidence they can in the situations, so we can be helpful to FIB and do what is necessary to do. I also hope that our IB team will support FIB as much as they can cause its really important to help other organizations with their work. We need to help each other with everything we have.

Note: I was having some OOC issues so i wasnt active about 2 weeks but i solved them and i will try my best to be active as much as possible. To prove that any of you can check my activity while i was a deputy and its 2 weeks ago. And also i received my first ever punishment which is a demorgan. I know it can affect my application to get rejected but i am waiting to apply for lspd over 2 months and i really want to lead this organization. I dont want it to get rejected cause of a demorgan, but as we know there is nothing that i change. I hope any of u will consider that i wasnt having any punishment history. Lastly thanks for reading till here and i hope that you guys will give me a one more chance.
