2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 The LSPD is one of the city's best and most authoritative organizations, and the atmosphere here really excites me. If I get the position, the LSPD will remain at the very top not just as one of the best organizations in the city, but as the absolute best in Los Santos.

2.2. Secondly, we have officers at the LSPD who do their jobs exceptionally well, yet unfortunately, none of them receive the full recognition or reward they deserve. Right now, socializing within the LSPD has become more important than actually working. During my term, only those who work hard and take their jobs seriously will come out ahead.

2.3. And finally, during my time at the LSPD, I witnessed many things, but most importantly, I learned a great deal. I gained knowledge and advice that I will truly never forget for the rest of my life. I learned that friendship is the most important thing in life, and I experienced true friendship at its best within the LSPD. For this reason, I want to become the leader of the LSPD the city's friendliest organization.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1. I will ensure that all of my Deputies, Chief of Staffs and High Commands will be active. I will only give these high command ranks who will be active and can manage all the things. Also I will focus on a good relationship with all the other state organizations by sending my units in their special mission to help them.

3.2 . I will ensure that all my members of high-ranking commanders are active; I will appoint only those capable of active engagement and effective management to these senior command positions. Furthermore, I will focus on fostering strong relationships with all other state institutions and dispatch my specialized units to assist them. We are currently developing a new police force, and the personnel we train will eventually join our ranks as the next generation of senior leadership. Rest assured, I will select these individuals based on their experience and their potential to serve as role models.
