2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 So i have gained experience in crime side i have been HC of unof. organization and all gangs under-deputy and i have been deputy of Ballas but never been a leader . I have lead many events even last ballas term gone almost without any rule break in turf or events my beloved friend arthur mane helped us out in that term turf. I will ensure this term will also go without any rule breaks or and type of issues which will ruin roleplay or ruin player experience i will ensure that my gang is doing well, no one feel disgusted to be in my gang i will not tolerate any player who is breaking rules or disrespect Roleplay or gang member.
2.2 I will not tolerate any type of toxicity in my gang if i notice someone is doing that in my gang i will instantly kick them or even BL them. I will ensure my gang is active on highways/ghetto/turfs everywhere. I will try to gather as much number i can in events under my leadership i will do daily events which will dominating. I will ensure my gangs is active. I will respect our beloved curator and beloved admins i will comply to them. If i see someone is disrespect admins from my gang will BL him.
2.3 My most important reason to apply for Ballas to bring better evolution and increase/promote roleplay i will ensure that under my leadership we will perform more Highway robbery , FZ raid , 24/7 store robbery etc. i will ensure in my gang all people know what is their role in gang and i will give rank to person who deserve not just as a gift. I will make sure under my leadership there will no favoritism and no one will feel unfair to be in my gang. I will maintain familiar behavior with each and everyone. I will help new member to learn RP and promote RP.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 It is usually depends on deputy , leader and HC. you can see i have very low punishment history i haven't got ban/warnings i just got warning which is removed by Mr. Mike Tank because that warning was unfair i will ensure under my leadership my term will go smoothly and without warnings no matter in turf or events. I will help new member to learn RP and if i see any guy who is disrespect Rp or interrupting RP i will not tolerate that i will totally comply with our beloved curator and admins. Under my leadership i will ensure there will be max events and max roleplay situations. I will be respectful to all will not disrespect anyone. I will try my best to make my gang active and put 100% potential in my leadership.
