375852 I'm shooting at the person in the red zone, but they're intentionally escaping to the green zone.

397539 people are entering the red zone, moving to the green zone, and waiting for a friend; this constitutes a violation of the "gz 1.3" rule.


I want them to receive the punishment they deserve.

ID 375852 will not receive a punishment, as there was no RP situation involved from your POV. You were simply driving behind them. You are not a cop, you did not speak, and they went to the Beach Market. They did not engage with you at all, therefore, they will not be punished. Them driving to the Beach Market and having to briefly cross the Red Zone is inevitable and they simply stood inside the GZ not going in and out.
