2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)​

(2.1) I want to be the leader of Bloods because I am very passionate about leading this gang and proving myself to the city and the admins. Activity is another goal that I want to improve quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality and competing with other gangs in Ghetto and events such as Store Robberies, FZ, and Submarines. I want Bloods to dominate the Ghetto, create a strong presence in the city, and establish the organization as one of the most feared gangs through excellent teamwork and leadership.​


(2.2) I have gained a lot of experience from being in gangs. For example, I am currently the Deputy of Vagos, where I have learned leadership, organization, and gang management. I have also served as Vice President in another family and have even founded my own organization. Because of these experiences, I believe I am fully capable of leading Bloods successfully.​


(2.3) My goals are simple: make Bloods the strongest gang in the city by attending every gang event, creating hostage situations, robbing people, completing Store Robberies, Gun Store Robberies, NG Raids, and ensuring every gang and LEO respects the Red color. I believe the knowledge and experience I have gained make me ready to become a leader. If selected, I will treat everyone fairly without bias, give everyone an equal opportunity regardless of their history, and welcome anyone willing to learn, provided they know the basic server rules. I also have many friends who have previously led Bloods, and I am confident they will support my term with their experience and members.​


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

3.1 I will make sure to recruit people through a proper and professional hiring process so the gang has knowledgeable members who understand the server rules and maintain high-quality roleplay.​


3.2 We will maintain the highest possible activity while minimizing rule breaks and ensuring proper roleplay in every situation.​


3.3 Rank chasing, favoritism, toxicity, and gang hopping will not be tolerated. Anyone found engaging in these actions will be instantly blacklisted from the organization, and I will regularly review logs to ensure fairness.​


3.4 Bonuses will be distributed as quickly as possible so members do not have to wait unnecessarily and remain motivated to stay active.​
