Leader Of Los Santos Police Department

1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. Earlier when I used to be a student, my family always used to suffer because of the crimes of the city. We had to face robbing, harassment and humiliation. And because of all this, I decided to join LSPD. I worked hard and gradually got promoted to HC over the time. During my grinding time period, I once talked to the Chief of LSPD. He was so kind towards me and he made such an impression that I on the spot decided no matter what happens one day I will also become like him and lead the state.


2. From the past few terms, I have noticed a very common issue that is the arguments and disputes of citizens with LSPD members. I feel very sad about it that the organization which helped me to solve my problems and make new friends, now lacking with citizen's trust. If given chance I will ensure that the citizens' issues are heard and solved and they should believe again that if anything wrong happens to them, LSPD is always there for their support.

3. I really want to be the Leader of the LSPD because I want people in the state to trust the police. When I am the Leader of the LSPD, I will tell the officers to be professional and fair. They have to be respectful to everyone. I want the LSPD to be a place where people feel safe and can talk to the police. The LSPD should be good at keeping everyone safe and following the rules. The LSPD should be a team that really cares about the people and wants to help them. I want the LSPD to be the best it can be and do more good things for the state.


2. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

1. I think that feedback is the key. Always trying to get better are really important for any organization to do well. We should have checks to see how we are doing and people should tell us what we do well and what we can do better. We should also have people who have been around for a while help the people so they can feel more sure of themselves make better decisions and know what is expected of them. This helps the individual people get better. It also helps the organization be stable and have good leaders for a long time.

2. My main goal is to make an organization where people like being part of it work well together. Are proud to represent the department. If we work together as a team are professional take responsibility, for what we do and help our members get better then we can make an organization that gives our members and the whole server community a fun and realistic Roleplay experience. We want our Roleplay to be enjoyable and engaging for everyone. We want our organization to be a place where people want to be.

I would promote one on one training rather than the video training and conduct regular meetings to ensure more clarity among the members of LSPD. Plus i will maintain a familiar
