2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1:
During my time in the city, I've learned how important LSPD is in keeping the peace and maintaining order. Being part of it taught me the real meaning of teamwork, discipline, and responsibility. I've seen departments rise and fall purely based on leadership, and that's what pushed me to want more responsibility myself. I believe I can make the department more active, organized, and professional, while guiding officers properly and helping them grow in their duties. Leadership isn't just about giving orders, it's about setting an example and actually being present for your team. My goal is to build a strong department where everyone, from cadet to senior officer, takes their role seriously.

2.2:
I want to create a fair and respectful environment inside the department. Every officer should get equal opportunity based on activity, hard work, and performance, nothing else. I've seen firsthand how unfair promotions kill morale, once officers feel leadership plays favorites, they stop trying or leave altogether. I don't believe in favoritism, and I plan to track activity and performance properly so promotions actually reflect effort. A department only grows stronger when members trust that leadership is fair.

2.3:
I want to improve coordination between LSPD and other state organizations like SAHP, FIB, GOV, and SANG. Clear communication makes a real difference during store robberies, gun-store robberies, hostage situations, checkpoints, and global events. Roleplay quality often drops simply because departments don't communicate well during major situations, leading to confusion and a messy experience for citizens. With my experience across LSPD and other departments, I know how to keep things organized under pressure, and I'm confident I can lead and host joint events and operations that bring these organizations closer together for a better citizen experience.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization

We need more realistic training, actual scenario practice like robberies, pursuits, hostage situations, and traffic stops, rather than just reading rules off a sheet. Training should feel like a real simulation of what officers face on duty.

More joint patrols and events with other state organizations would also help. When departments train together regularly, officers get more comfortable working alongside each other, which shows during real situations and global events.

Higher command should check in on lower ranks more often, not just during trainings or when something goes wrong. Regular feedback and simple acknowledgment of good work go a long way in keeping officers motivated and helping them improve faster.

I will not tolerate favoritism under my leadership. Any corruption or favoritism will be addressed immediately through proper disciplinary action, no exceptions, every officer will be held to the same standard.
