2.1: I have been in the city for a long time experiencing both state and Crime, I have been Deputy of LSPD. From last 2 terms knowing all aspects of state and LSPD, now with my experience I would like to lead the organization and Engage more in RP as a State leader
2.2: I want to create a fair and respectful environment inside the department. I believe everyone loves to stay in a org with no Toxicity and Favouritism , To ensure that everything is fair HR and IA department will work independently.

State coordination is one of the most important aspects. Good coordination increases RP and Team work, We ensure Good behaviour and Respectful working environment ensuring LSPD having its all time high Standerds
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
• Do more realistic practice and Conduct situational trainings
• Organize patrols and Operational events with other State Organizations to Increase RP
• Higher commands should guide and help lower ranks more often as simple feedback or advice can motivate officers and help them improve faster.
• Focus more on engaging in RP interactions then a Usual Robot arrest
• Appreciate the hard work with promotions and Bonuses to keep everyone motivated and active.
1. Special Weapons and Tactics [S.W.A.T] - S.W.A.T known as the Special Weapons and Tactics Team this Department will Focus upon All the Global Events and Critical Situations like Hostage Sits and Robbery Negociations.
2.Investigation Bureau (IB) - Formerly known as the Investigation Bureau the Primary work of this department would be to do the Investigation work upon criminals and crime Organization during that collection of evidence and the main focus of this department is to identify the criminal and gather intel which would later be handed over to Federal Investigation Bureau (F.I.B)
3. Human Resources & Training [HRT] - Human resources and training Department is responsible for Training of New recruits along with managing a proper workflow in the organization while making sure employees are being served well.
4. Internal Affairs [IA] - The internal affairs department primarily focused upon what goes within the Organization any trouble which a employee might be facing anything which might be troublesome for employees like a bad H.C/State employees I.A will look onto that and deal with the situation.
5. Traffic Enforcement [TE] - The Traffic Enforcement Department will impose fines upon people who violates Traffic laws and Tow the vehicle which parked illegally along with that this department is primarily responsible for hosting the Checkpoints at various places in the city ensuring criminals don't run wild on the roads of Los Santos
6. Public Relations [PR] - The Public Relations Department
This department focuses on maintaining the Relationship between citizens and the Organizations along with that promoting the Organization and Hosting events whilst giveawaying prizes to the winner
