Also, it was 3 AM in my time zone; the fact that the form was answered and a 6-hour penalty was issued at that hour is a whole other issue. I want to appeal this again. A player searches me while holding a weapon, provokes me while taking me inside, and refuses to provide a lawyer despite my right to one these are blatant rule violations. All they are doing is demanding the "full" POV. We didn't participate in an event; we experienced a specific incident.
