Alexanderr is Born In Karchi ( Pakistan ) In a Poor Family He have a Dream to Become a NG officer But Because of His Financial Condition he cant Go To NG and Fill the Forms. He Also Talk With His Father About That But His Father Yell at it And Says We Cant Afford That. He Cries alot in His Bedroom and was Sad Everytime One Time On of his Guardian So that And Ask him Wht Happen he Tells him About His Dream so Guardian Decided to Help Him Achieve his Dream and He Gives Money to Him. He Fill The Forms and Start Training Hard to Get selected in NG One Time he was Training Suddenly He Got Fell from His House Roof and Get Injured Badly.
Career Story:
Becuse Of His Injury He Got Hospitalized Now He Cant Able to Join NG. He was in Hospital For a Long Time After Getting Released From Hospital He Decided to Continue his Journey but The Doctor Tells Him do More Rest he got Upset But He Cant Anything Else After Long Time His Injury Fully Got Cured Than He Started His Journey he Saw That The Currently The NG Have not Any General ( DISBANDED ). Than He Searches Through Other Organizations and Saw GOV Is in City And Very Active So Decided to Join GOV and Have Fun But Now He Decided To Be A Bad ( Corrupt ) Cop.

2. Alexanderr can Refuse to show ID to any Citizens/10-15 or any LEO to hide his corruption activity.
3. Alexanderr can lie/ deny a lawyer or any request made by 10-15 and arrest him without reading his Miranda rights
