2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) The second Org i ever joined was LSPD, and this club gave me one of the best experiences that i have enjoyed in the city. While in this org, i learned quite much about teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and professional role play. i used to admire the way the Chief of Police conducted himself, and i used to look up to him as a role model. At that point, i always told myself that someday i would be a Chief like him.
B) Yet another reason why I would like to be a leader is the simple pleasure of helping other members with guidance and support. I would like to be the kind of leader who creates an atmosphere where members can come to me for advice and help at any time they require it. This way, I can make use of my experience to benefit the members.
C) Thirdly, another reason i want there to be more activity within the departments. I would like to organize patrols, training sessions, competitions, and other activities that will ensure that members stay active within the departments.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A) One of the priorities I would have is ensuring that all troopers study, memorize and apply the correct radio codes professionally. Professional and clear radio communication can greatly improve the RolePlay experience of the members.
B) Another priority I would have is to organize different activities and events to keep members busy and involved in something. Members should not need to stay at headquarters waiting for any robbery, global, or other serious event.
