This guy (In the yellow bugatti) is basically bullying all truckers on highways then running away before we can report... It makes trucking be a hellish experience.. He keeps patrolling the highway to just ruin truckers days. So here is what he/she is doing, they ram into the truck then run off. then come back and do it again, and again and again. That way, they keep disconnecting ur trailer and running away, this way it is not obvious to what they are doing. In the clip, he had rammed a trucker at 18:40, then rammed into me at 18:41, then again at 18:42, then again at 18:44(most obvious one).
